A shortcut on the desk pad doesn't seem to work. What should I do?

This can happen for a few reasons. The most common ones: the document is opened in Read Only mode, you're using a previous version of Excel or a Mac (our shortcuts are for Microsoft Excel from Microsoft 365 for Windows 10/11), a dialogue box is open, or the shortcut involves a number key being pressed on the numpad instead of the top row. Also check if Scroll Lock, End mode, or Extended selection mode are active, as these can interfere with certain shortcuts. On laptops, some keys like F1-F12 may require pressing the Fn key as well. If none of that helps, let us know and we'll look into it right away.

Which version of Excel are these shortcuts for?

The shortcuts on your desk pad are designed for Microsoft Excel from Microsoft 365 for Windows 10 or Windows 11. Most shortcuts will also work with Excel 2019 and 2021, but some newer features may not be available in older versions.

Will the desk pad work as a mouse pad too?

Absolutely! The desk pad is designed with a smooth, high-quality surface that works great for both optical and laser mice. It covers your entire workspace, so your keyboard and mouse sit right on top of it.

How do I clean the desk pad?

Gently wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid soaking it or putting it in the washing machine. Let it air dry flat. The print is durable, but gentle care will keep it looking sharp for years.

My product arrived damaged or isn't what I expected. What now?

We're really sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at issues@artiverse.us with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll jump on a replacement, refund, or whatever gets you back to happy. You can also check our issues page for more details.

I found a mistake in the shortcuts. What should I do?

We tested our shortcut list rigorously, but if we missed something, please tell us about it (with your order number if possible). We'll not only refund your product, but we'll send you a revised version for free as soon as the next batch is ready!
