Your product arrived late or is lost?
There's nothing as frustrating as a purchase that doesn't arrive on time. Amazon fulfills all orders for us, and we really hate it when they have issues. If your package got delayed, is lost, or showed as delivered but isn't there, the quickest fix is through Amazon's support in 'Your Orders'. They can track drivers, update delivery details, and re-ship when needed. We're pretty powerless regarding Amazon's logistics, but we also understand you're upset and we're deeply sorry. Tell us what happened.
A shortcut doesn't work
Let us help you with that! This could be due to several reasons. It's usually one of the following:
- The document is opened in 'Read Only'
- It's being used in a previous version of Excel or on a Mac (Our shortcuts are for Microsoft Excel from Microsoft Office 365 for Windows 10 or Windows 11)
- The shortcut doesn't apply to the contents of the workbook, the selected cells or the object selected.
- A dialogue box is open
- It involves a number key and the key is being pressed on the numpad (this part of of the keyboard)
- Excel is set to a mode that's incompatible with the shortcut (we'll cover those in short)
- It's being used on a laptop and the key involved requires to press the 'fn' key (or similar) as well (this is often the case with keys like F1, F2, etc.)
- The Excel window isn't the active window due to clicking outside of it and losing window focus
- The key is malfunctioning due to an issue with the keyboard (make sure it works in a different program)
The following modes may interfere with some shortcuts:
- End mode (toggled with the 'End' key)
- Extended selection mode (toggled with the 'F8' key)
- Point mode / Cell Editing mode (toggled with the 'F2' key)
- Full screen mode (toggled with the 'Ctrl'+'Shift'+'F1' keys)
- Scroll Lock mode (toggled with the 'ScrLk' or 'Scroll Lock' key)
Also, keep in mind that some features have several shortcuts which do the same thing. If you found how to do something that's different to what the Desk Pad shows, try our way too! They might both work.
I checked all that and the shortcut still doesn't work
Oh no! We apologize if you found a mistake. We must have tested that shortcut list about 50 times, but we may have missed something.
Tell us about our mistake (with your order number if possible) and we'll not only refund your product, but we'll send you a revised version for free as soon as the next batch is ready!
